Twelve galvanized or powder coated steel blades catch the wind from a twelve foot tower, turning the crankshaft which is attached to the diaphragm. This acts like a piston, forcing air out on the downstroke. When paired with an aeration system (consisting of weighted tubing and diffuser stones) this particular model is ideal for small fish and garden ponds.
